Director, Property Management
Jeanne Baker
Ms. Baker has more than 30 years of experience as a licensed realtor, including
15 years managing and marketing affordable senior communities. She is responsible for overseeing marketing and leasing for all the Alden Foundation developments and oversees property managers responsible for the Foundation’s affordable independent living communities. Ms. Baker also assists in identifying new sites for development.
Property Manager
Melissa Ditkowich
Ms. Ditkowich is the Property Manager for Drexel Horizon Senior Living Community. Her responsibilities include meeting with prospective residents and their families, processing and renewing lease agreements, planning and coordinating activities and other day-to-day management responsibilities. Prior to joining Alden, Ms. Ditkowich served in a management capacity at several adult day centers. She has 17 years of experience in meeting the needs of older adults.
Maintenance
Bob and Allice Bruscemi
Bob and Alice Bruscemi have been Drexel Horizon’s on-site Maintenance team since the building opened in October 1997. They work together to ensure the facility runs smoothly and residents are happy. Alice also works closely with residents to develop the monthly activity calendar. A special treat is when she cooks meals for the residents in the Community Room. Alice is also the official ‘bus driver’ of Drexel Horizon, taking residents by bus to the grocery store, restaurant or other place of interest. Residents report they are happy to have such a wonderful couple on-site who truly care about them and the building.
